In the ever-evolving journey of education, the decision between private and public schooling is a reoccurring thought of many parents. This choice is not only based on whether the school provides good education or not; it's about choosing a school that has conservative values where your children will be safe and not having dangerous outside thoughts put into their head, and at the same time having access to quality education. At Life Prep we strive to offer a safe space for your children, where they can get life preparatory education and have the conservative values that the parents believe be enforced and thought to them on an environment they spend over 7 hours a day.

1- Teaching is not only reserved for what is in a book.
Public Schools, over the last several years, are reinforcing for their educators more and more to strictly teach what is on the books and disregard any topic such as religion and things related to the life of the children. In the best case scenario, these "personal" subjects are simply avoided, but things can get dangerous and worst case scenario these dangerous ideologies are actually being exposed and taught to our kids. At Life Prep, we teach our children daily about God, how their building their faith is important, and we incorporate conservative values on their daily life.
2- Age Appropriate Curriculum
At Life Prep, everything that we expose to our Elementary, Middle and High School is appropriate for their age. At our classrooms and library, we only allow books that feed them positively and that has appropriate content for them. We pay very close attention to make sure our children don't access books or websites that contain improper content.
3- Class size
Our class sizes are smaller than public school classes. To us, having a welcoming environment where our children feel seen and heard is very important to us and to our relationship with the children. Having smaller classes allow our teachers to know well their students which makes them able personalize their strategies to help different students.
4- Student Interaction
Just like our staff treats our students with kindness and respect, we ensure that the students treat each other respectfully as well. We have no tolerance for bullying, and we act as soon as we see that something happening. We have a equipped staff that is prepared to deal with these situations, and guide both the children who is bullying and the one suffer from it.
5- Christian values
We believe that God is our foundation. We incorporate the gospel and bible teachings on everting we do. Jesus Christ is a crucial pillar at Life Prep Academy and because of His kindness we are able to preach the gospel to so many kids and young adults that will be the future of this country.
In conclusion, the choice between private and public education is not just about where your child will spend their school days; it's about deciding on the environment that will best nurture their growth, values, and future prospects. Life Prep stands out because it is an accessible school for Wichita families that do not feel safe dropping their kids off everyday at public schools.
